Florida Georgia Line hit another milestone this past year. The country duo’s debut single “Cruise” now ranks as the best-selling country single of 2013. According to Nielsen SoundScan, the song sold 4.69 million copies last year, bringing the song’s total sales to more than 6.3 million since its release in 2012.

That new total sales figure now also ranks “Cruise” as the best-selling country digital single of all time, surpassing Lady Antebellum‘s GRAMMY-winning single “Need You Now.”

“Cruise” has already broken records. Last summer, Billboard announced that “Cruise” was the longest-running No. 1 single on the Hot Country Songs chart, after reaching the top for 22 weeks.

“Cruise” appears on Florida Georgia Line’s debut album Here’s to the Good Times, which has also spawned the chart-topping singles “Round Here” and “Get Your Shine On.”

“Stay” recently became the fourth consecutive single from their debut album to reach No. 1. According to Billboard, this puts Florida Georgia Line in neck-and-neck with superstar country duo Brooks & Dunn as the only acts in the chart’s history to kick off their careers with four chart-topping singles in a row — a record they could presumably break with their next single, if it were to also reach No. 1.
